Open-Xchange closes Series B Venture Funding of USD 9 Million

November 4, 2008
Open-Xchange the leading provider of open source collaboration software, has closed a Series B round of venture funding totaling USD 9 million.

The company will use the funds to further develop its software and continue expanding its business in the U.S., Europe and emerging markets.

The round was led by eCAPITAL entrepreneurial Partners AG, a Munster, Germany-based, high-growth IT (Information Technology) equity firm. Also participating are Munich-based, BayBG, and existing Munich-based investor, BayTech Venture Capital. Frank Hoelzle, managing partner at eCAPITAL, will join the Open-Xchange board of directors.

BayTech Venture Capital leads a € 7.3 million Series A investment round in Private Outlet

Paris, Munich, September 23, 2008
Private Outlet, the European private online shopping club for designer apparels, announced today that it has secured 7.3 million euros in a first round funding lead by the Munich-based Venture firm BayTech Venture Capital.
The management team, Kreos Capital and GP Bullhoud Sidecar have also articipated in the transaction.
