How to get to BayTech Venture Capital
From the central station:
You can either take the Underground U4 (towards Arabellapark) or U5 (towards Neuperlach Süd). Get off at Odeonsplatz (second stop) and take the exit Theatinerstraße. Walk straight ahead past the Theatiner-Church on your right until you get to Maffeistraße in which you turn to the right. Just around the corner you can find the entrance to Theatinerstraße 7 on your right hand side (exactly opposite the tram stop).
You can also take the tram no. 19 towards St.-Veit-Straße. Tram stops are located outside the main entrance of the station. Tram no. 19 takes you directly to BayTech: You need to get off at the 3rd stop called Theatinerstraße. The entrance to Theatinerstraße 7 is opposite the tram stop.
Getting here by S-Bahn (commuter train) is as easy: Take any S-Bahn towards the City Centre, Marienplatz where you need to get off. Take the exit Weinstraße and walk straight ahead until you get to Theatinerstraße/Maffeistraße (approx. 5 minutes walk). The entrance to Theatinerstraße 7 is opposite the tram stop.
From Munich airport:
Take the S-Bahn (commuter train) S8 to the City Centre. At Marienplatz get off and take the exit Weinstraße. Walk along until you get to Theatinerstraße/Maffeistraße. The entrance to Theatinerstraße 7 is in Maffeistraße, just opposite the tram stop. Travel time: approx. 45 minutes by train plus 5 minutes walk from the station.
By car:
Coming from any direction, you need to get onto the Altstadtring which leads to the City Centre. There is a car park a 5 minutes walk away from or office at Max-Joseph-Platz (in front of the Bayerische Staatsoper) at the end of Maximilianstraße where you get to when you follow the signs for Karl-Scharnagel-Ring (one section of the Altstadtring). There are also numerous parking spaces in this area.
